On the cocktail side of things Ben is drinking a Martini while Matthew is drinking an Embassy Cocktail. Recipes below.
Martini (5:1)
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 3 Olives for garnish
Combine gin and vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with olives on a cocktail pick.
Embassy Cocktail
- 1 oz Cognac (brandy)
- 1 oz White Rum (1-3 year old)
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass.
