Despite my initial support for therapeutic companies, I’ve come to realize that true healing and peace don't come from any therapy or special technique. Today, I share my decision to stop promoting therapy ads on this podcast. Instead, I focus on a more profound solution: seeking the Lord.

From personal experiences to the emails you send, I discuss the real problems plaguing us, from mental illness and depression to the impact of modern life like smartphones and diet. I believe that all ailments, restlessness, and depression can be thoroughly healed by seeking the Lord.
