An Edible Education Round Table Chef Waters, owner of Chez Panisse in Berkeley, CA, will convene an edible education policy round table with local and national experts, including Illinois Congressman Danny Davis and filmmaker Chris Taylor. Waters has championed this movement nationally, offering hope in the light of the new Obama administration's vision of greening the White House as a national model.
