Alexis’ pioneering career has included leading adidas’ Brand Sustainability program as Director, Business Strategy + Business Development, and serving as the founding Chief Sustainability Officer at Arcadis, a global design, engineering, and infrastructure firm. Alexis is also a member of the EU Women’s Climate Leadership Network at the European Investment Bank and a global fellow at the League of Intrapreneurs.

Alexis shares the story of how she successfully built her sustainability and climate career, insights on how to make an impact within an organization, and tips for job seekers.
