Do you ever feel like staying consistent is harder than it should be? In this episode of Grow with Jenna, I’m sharing what I’ve learned about sticking with your goals without burning out. I’ll walk you through three simple tips to stay consistent and three mistakes to avoid.
Patience has been a big part of my own journey. I’ve realized that results don’t happen overnight—you must fall in love with the small, everyday steps. I also talk about why discipline is more important than motivation. Motivation comes and goes, but staying disciplined will keep you moving forward, even when it’s tough.
Lastly, I share how creating small, manageable habits has made all the difference for me. Starting with easy, realistic habits has helped me stay on track, even when life gets busy. And when I do miss a day, I remind myself it’s okay. What matters is showing up again the next day.
