When we’re about to make a decision, it can feel high stakes. How do you REALLY know what direction to take - and what if you want to change later? What if your “knowing” or “deciding” buttons are frayed from trauma or operating in survival mode?
In our last few episodes we’ve talked about how to reduce the risk of getting it wrong with criteria and prototyping, so today we talk about how to use that information, how to know you know, and what it means to give yourself permission to try a new thing.
