Is this Album the Return of KISS or the END..........Dynasty was billed as the return of KISS but behind the scenes, the band was falling apart. Peter has minimal involvement in the recording due to HIS producer determining that he was unfit to play drums on the album. Here it is, POWER POP in all its glory!
