There is an ancient passage which predicted the arrival of a stone. This stone, for one group, would become a rock of offense and stumbling. But for another group, it would become the rock of their salvation. Why the difference in response? That is what today’s message is all about.

Why is Jesus compared to a stone?
How is it that Jesus, the unchanging and sure stone, causes both stumbling and saving?
