Well October has had a quieter start than usual in the local property market, typically we see enquiry across the board pick up following the Carnival of Flowers but it just hasn't happened yet. We have however seen a strong pick up in the Commercial sector especially in small shed leases. Our Property Management Department is on fire at the moment with a 100% occupancy.
