Salam is a Senior Director of product at Similarweb, leading the market research data product which utilizes a combination of user based data and behavioral science. Salam is also a board member of Women in Tech. Prior to Similarweb she led product at Toluna, and previously worked at eBay, Microsoft and Intel. Salam discusses the rise of personalized data experiences, leveraging data to protect future behavior, and the role of human emotion as an added layer in data analytics.
