Surveillance state or not, it becomes increasingly more likely that everyone can be tracked and recorded. Tessa, the main creator of Medusa Shadow Net Browser, suspects she has been identified by the police after years of thinking she has flown outside of surveillance. She is willing to go to drastic measures to insure her anonymity.
