In this episode we are talking to the Brother and Sister team Matt Scaysbrook and Stacey Borrow of And Then The World
Matt and Stacey, specialise in helping small agencies to grow.
Anyone who owns and operates an agency, either solely or with a co-founder, with a small team of up to 5 members (excluding freelancers) with an annual turnover of up to £300k and as yet it hasn't matched the dream, need look no further than Matt and Stacey who offer help, support and guidance.
The structures & processes that Matt and Stacey help an agency to create will gives agency owners the time to work on their dream. Along with the finance & profitability advice and assistance they give, which provides the money to finance that dream.
Last year, in the midst of the pandemic, they realised that together they could provide a valuable mentoring service result was, And Then The World was born. Working with lots of different agency owners across many different industries, Matt provides the strategic thinking and process-building, whilst Stacey delve into the profitability side, helping owners to recognise, track & manipulate the financial levers of their business.
They've been working together now for 5 years and look forward to many more to come!
