Todays interview is with Ryan from the Mental Health Experience, Ryan moved to Australian with his family when he was younger from England. Facing some earlier challenges being brought up in a rough area, he found himself in an addiction with drugs from the age of 11 which started from never felling normal and constantly chasing a high. it wasn’t until he realised that life had more to offer that he started to change his life by firstly training his body and then later his mind. Ryan has been on a mission since he beat his addiction as a case worker serving the community and inspiring others to change their life through the effects of mental health and how you can overcome your own challenges. With a new clothing, a book on the way and his growing podcast one talk. This podcast will shift your perspective, inspire and help you support people in your life with mental health issues today.
