Summary

What does that even mean... 'innergetics'? I think we (Veronica & Kim) kinda made the word up... we do that! It happens. In our first podcast we share how it's not as much about what is happening in our lives and in our worlds, its more about how we 'be' with it... how we be with what is happening, IS our energy, our vibe. If it's true that the Universe's first language is energy, then we might wanna be aware of what we got going on inside without ignoring or denying what's in front of us. 'Innergetics' is the inner workings of thoughts, feelings, emotions, and energy that then shape our outer world and how we be in it.
