Kirsten M. Beck is a project management industry veteran for more than two decades, responsible for overseeing project management activities in the New York metro area, including interior renovations, tenant representation and capital improvements. From major new construction projects to minor renovations, construction planning is a process of identifying what’s needed and the resources required to make the design a physical reality. There is a symbiotic relationship between design and construction from a project management perspective.
