To commemorate Mental Health Awareness Month, Yvette is sharing her journey of being diagnosed with ADHD during the pandemic. After reframing much of her childhood and gaining a clearer understanding of why she has so many beverages on her desk, she explored her ADHD traits through the lens of her career, asking how these traits influenced her journey.
