Laura Wilson is Principal Research Officer at the Office for National Statistics and Data Collection Lead at the UK Government Data Quality Hub. She is co-author of the 2021 book "Respondent Centred Surveys: Stop, Listen and then Design". Charlie Hales is also a Principal Research Officer at the Office for National Statistics and is Harmonisation Lead for the Government Statistical Service.
