This is Leon Milns's story...
I am Leon Milns, the founder of Adam, a business that helps ambitious businesses find great people. I got my start in the industry over 20 years ago, working for Michael Page. I learned a lot during my time there, including discipline, hard work, and how to treat people well. I left Michael Page to start Adam with two other partners. Unfortunately, after a few years, it became clear that one of the partners wasn't aligned with the direction we were going. We had to exit one of our partners, which was a challenge, but we were able to overcome it and the business is now better for it. I've learned that the market is always changing and that as an entrepreneur, you have to be prepared for anything.
