On today’s episode we’re going to talk about Nurses’ Week; also known, by me, as the week in which anyone with decision-making authority in healthcare spaces chooses to hand out candy and pizza instead of enacting policies to decrease workplace violence, increase pay, or in any way contribute in a meaningful way to the prevention of long-term mental and physical side effects sustained by healthcare workers who are just trying to do their damn jobs.
