IT industry has substantially changed in the past three years due to massively increasing demand. Looking to outsource is not any more just a quest for cheaper cost to deliver, but rather a simple need to obtain resources that can deliver, where quality of delivery is a major factor. This fact has obviously lead to increased cost of all services required to deliver a fully functional product?—?not only software devs and any sort of engineers, but also designers, testers, dev-ops, managers, consultants, anyone really. However, cost is only one of the two main factors, where the other one is much more important!
