In Series 3, listeners will hear how IWU Athletics is attempting to flip the world’s vision of leadership upside-down by pursuing Kingdom greatness through discipleship. The terminology in each program may be different and the application may change, but the coaches at IWU believe that putting 'Mission In Action' by pursuing God 1st and others 2nd is a powerful way to live and to lead in any context. This episode will take listeners inside the culture of IWU Softball. 1st Half (2:00)-Coach Steve Babinski shares how he keeps his faith fresh in leadership and why he thinks it's critical to keep the mission in the front of the program. 2nd Half (19:19)-Sophomore Paige Creasey talks about her growth as a person and player in her first year in the program.
