This week in our INTENTIONAL CONNECTIONS we are helping you create a fun experience called "OPEN WIDE".
Begin by choosing a meal where you must feed the other. The one who is being fed first has no use of their arms, so they must totally depend on the other to feed and give them drink. Once the one has eaten, switch roles.
Make sure you take time to laugh, there is no room in this experience for perfection, just a whole lot of fun!
