The decision for women to re-enter the workforce after taking a break for family reasons, can be both empowering and challenging.
However many mums in the UAE often struggle with concerns about being able to juggle both roles effectively, being judged for prioritising work and thinking, 'Am I doing the right thing?'
CEO Katy Holmes & Communications/Growth Manager Giulia Cibotti, from the British Chamber of Commerce joined Kitch and Vivek on Daybreak.
