Innocent until proven guilty, right? Well, that is not always the case. Especially when you are in a government service or an applicant for one! The Madhya Pradesh High Court examined a case in which the government employee was suspended because of a criminal case against him. Upon acquittal, he asked for full salary. Did he get it?
