In 2020, the Covid19 pandemic forced companies to switch to remote working options. Overnight, leaders needed to make the change and assist entire organizations in moving to remote work. The home office became the norm and people had to adjust. Now we ask ourselves, is this the future world of work? In this episode, Daphna has a conversation with Liam Martin, author of the book “Running Remote.” Liam has over 20 years of experience working remotely and has made asynchronous workplaces his area of expertise. His experience working with major global companies about remote work practices makes him passionate about this area and excited to introduce as many businesses as possible to the future world of work.
