Leadership Portraits is a conversation designed to inspire the leader in you. This portrait features Cindy Rodgers. Cindy is currently the director of womens ministries at Calvary Chapel Corvallis where she also oversees the day-to-day function of the church office and building. Cindy lives in Corvallis, Oregon and is the mother of three grown children and has five grandchildren. Tragically, Cindy's husband Russ lost his life in a valiant battle with cancer after 25 years of marriage. Cindy has been through the best of times and some of the absolute lowest. Through it all she has blossomed into a great leader and she is still getting stronger. This was an inspiring conversation for me and I hope it will be for you too.
