One of my favorite leadership quotes is “attitude reflects leadership”.

I’ve noticed this is nearly ALWAYS true when I’m working with coaching clients - the attitude of the team is aligned with the attitude of the leader.

And while it may be easy to notice in others, the tough exercise is noticing it in myself.

What is my attitude? How is it transferring to my team?

In today’s podcast, I dive into this both in general and specifically to what I’m observing with my attitude and how it may be affecting my team.
