What does the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (a.k.a. Mormons and the Church of Jesus Christ) believe about the basics? While they may use the same terms as Christians use, their religious movement is a far cry from being historically orthodox (correct teaching). How do the LDS view God, the Priesthood, salvation and other matters are all discussed in this episode.
This episode is part of our counter-cult apologetics arm of this ministry. If you go back to our episode on How to Recognize a Cult or Cultic Teaching, you will find that I mentioned the Mormons has violating all of the four mathematical operations, by adding sources, subtracting from the person of Christ, multiplying the requirements for salvation and dividing loyalties. This episode is the first of a few that I will be doing exposing the teachings of the LDS Church.
