Brendan Willis is a coach, trainer and athlete at IST CrossFit in Duluth, MN. He also is a MACHINE when it comes to discipline, endurance and competition within the Cross Fit community! Numerous awards, including running an 8k through the deserts of Dubai, make Brendan the real deal. He walks the talk and is here to share top tips for keeping active while on vacation. 3) Lunges
4) Planks
5) Run/Row/Bike (using machines at fitness center on the cruise or at the resort)
