Sometimes agents get it very wrong. As an agent we’ve all been there - sometimes we list a home and we think it will get a certain price and we achieve more. And vice versa sometimes we list a property and it sells for a lot less. As an expert real estate agent that specialises in an area - you have to have an idea on price! Please note - in this podcast, we have not taken into account how a Valuer values property based on building costs per m2 etc. This is another tool that agents can use to help arrive at a price point.
