Beau Blankenship, owner of Engel & Volkers in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, a former football player for the Jacksonville Jaguars, transitioned to a career in real estate about five years ago and has soared to become the top agent, team leader, and broker in his area. The 30A Scenic Highway stretch is an up-and-coming part of Florida’s Emerald Coast that boasts clear water, powdery sand, an abundance of charming local restaurants and shops, and luxury galore.
