About our guest: Words to describe our guest: passionate, kind, loving, talented, positive, inspirational, full of hope, hard-working, giving, servant, mindful, and happy. Nick is a graduate of St. Mary’s College and the founder of NickWHarris.com. Nick’s area of expertise is in Entrepreneurship, Mindfulness, various Yoga techniques, inspirational speaking, and good old fashion ROCK n ROLL. Nick is the drummer in two bands and is currently traveling with the heavy metal band - Armed For Apocalypse.
If that was not enough, Nick also recently started a nonprofit organization called INTENSIONS and uses mindful movement, breathwork, and his larger than life personality and heart to create a space for people to enter as they come and to be loved for who they are. A second part of INTENSIONS is Nick and his team are reaching out to the unhoused population and spread love with food, breathwork, and mindfulness.
In his free time (haha) Nick is also the host of The Power of Positivity Podcast – available on all major platforms.
