Paul started training in kung fu at the age of 10 for five years. As a young adult, he discovered Shaolin Qi Shi Kung Fu and achieved a high level within this style.
He is now exploring the seven animal styles more deeply and learning internal Nei gong from a style called Yan Shou Gong.
