Today I am dedicating our program to the value of getting enough sleep every day. A good sleep routine can be established as follows:

1) - Stay active by engaging in regular physical activity

2) - Learn to manage stress

3) - Take naps properly

4) - Your evening meal is important as is your liquid intake

5) - Stick to a schedule and develop a prep-for-sleep routine

6) - Create a relaxing environment in your bedroom

7) - SLEEP - Glorious sleep
