With the departure of Alec Martinez, the Golden Knights defensive pairings should have a different look this season. How much different will it be? Logically, Noah Hanifin, a left-handed shot could slot in with Alex Pietrangelo on the top pairing. Other favorites for pairings; McNabb-Theodore and Hague-Whitecloud. We have some thoughts on how the pairings could change. We also discuss what player we feel might be the first free agent to be extended.
