The Carolina Panthers were back on the field Wednesday for the team's fifth OTA practice. Panthers head coach spoke to the media to provide an update on where his team is just over halfway through the nine voluntary practices. Julian Council provided his takeaways from Canales latest availability.

Ickey Ekwonu went from looking like the long-term answer at left tackle to many question whether he'd be better off moving insider to guard. Panthers GM Dan Morgan quieted the noise by stating that Ekwonu will remain at left tackle despite is sophomore season struggles. Julian discusses whether Ickey can bounce back in 2024.
