They need to take a blue-chip if the board falls correctly. Also, if the Titans can't take one of their top three, Rome Odunze or a trade down would be the next course of action and any team from pick #9-#14 could be partners. Finally, the Titans can do many things that would make sense, but taking Brock Bowers or trading down for Taliese Fuaga aren't one of them.
