The stories that our student-athletes tell about their sporting career don't stop to surprise us. In case of this episode's guest, Paulo Sousa, who plays in the under-21 Luxembourgish national team, we learnt not only about how he started playing football, but also talked about injury and mental health. Paulo, who studies Sport and Exercise Science at LUNEX, was also happy to share his thoughts about coaching and the role of trainers in each sportsperson's life.
