It is do or die for the Town as they head to the London Stadium to take on West Ham United on Saturday afternoon knowing that defeat will consign them back to the Championship.

Kev is joined once again by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe and cycling Luton fan Mark Crowther to look ahead to a game where it really is points or relegation for the Hatters.

Before we do that, Kev and James recorded a quick chat at our annual awards bash, where we touch on the news that broke earlier in the day that Nottingham Forest had failed in their appeal against a four-point deduction for breaching the Premier League's profitability and sustainability (PSR) rules.

Since we recorded the main podcast, West Ham have also announced that manager David Moyes will leave the Hammers at the end of the season, so Luton's visit will be the Scot's final home game in charge of the east London outfit.

The boys pick out some threats in the West Ham side while assessing their shaky recent form before looking at how Luton could line up and whether anyone will be back to help the squad in this important clash.

The podcast concludes as always with the score predictions before we hear from Mark ahead of a very special day as he cycles to his 162nd and final football ground for the last dance in his Premier Pedal Challenge of charity.

Mark has clocked up more than 8,000 miles in the last 3 years, cycling to Luton’s away days. He’s raised over £36,000, which is nearly a pound for every Luton fan that went to the Championship play-off final in May 2023.
