Join me in this guided prayer journaling session and allow the voice of God speak to your heart and find rest in His Truth of who He says you are.
In this session, we will reflect on verses from Psalm 139 and what it means to be deeply known and seen by our loving Father.

In these next 15 minutes, I will guide you with prompts to share what is on your heart with the Lord and give you some time to sit with meditative music to write and let your thoughts flow freely. Then, I'll guide you to write a question inviting God to respond to what you poured out and give you time to allow His words to flow through your pen as well.
