Dr. Kelly Vincent is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY30672) and owner of Nourished Wellness Group, a holistic mental health group practice in California. She is passionate about integrating the mind and body in clinical treatment, thus utilizing a variety of modalities such as EMDR, yoga therapy, walk-talk therapy, somatic experiencing, and nervous system education in her work with clients. She specializes in working with women who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and imposter syndrome. She loves working with women of all ages, especially 20-somethings, female entrepreneurs, and mothers. Dr. Vincent is a certified gentle and restorative yoga teacher, author of True You: A Self-Discovery Journal, and founder of Studio Nourished, a digital oasis to relearn, restore, release, and regulate.
