In this episode of Make It Count I take you through the motions of the week I decided to start this podcast!
This year has truly been one of the MOST eye opening, life changing, & beautiful years of my entire life!
One the BIGGEST things I have really focused on over the past few years, is becoming more aware of how I feel everyday, what is coming up for me emotionally, physically & mentally. I have really learned how I can structure my day to make sure I am doing intentional things to help me through the day.
I have grown up with really bad anxiety & a few years ago it became crippling. Through that experience, I really learned what worked for me so I wouldn't slip back into that pattern.
We are ALL human though & sometimes we experience days, weeks & even months where we need to truly check in with ourselves to re-align!
The week that I decided to make this podcast, I was starting to feel off, I could feel the anxiety rising within me. In this episode I dig deep in with you, how I became aware of what I was feeling &. the things I did to help myself!
