Welcome to episode 26 which is all about how the foods we are consuming could be impacting our ability to intentionally manifest - a wild concept right?
The more I researched this topic the more it made sense - all foods have an energetic make up and that structure determines it's vibrational frequency (we already know everything has a vibrational frequency right). So when we consume foods, we are consuming their vibrational offerings, which in turn impacts our vibrational frequency and either helps or hinders us in attracting what we want to manifest. Wild, right?!
In this episode I'll talk you through the scale of foods from low vibrational up to high, and talk about some ways you can leverage this new knowledge to help you manifest with ease. I hope you enjoy this episode, loves x
