Deidra Kindred didn't always want to be a nurse, but the universe kept pulling her in that direction. In a career path that sees many people drop out before they graduate, Deidra has not only made as the 1/3rd of nursing students who graduate from nursing school, she has excelled at her craft. Although Deidra had developed a passion for her career, the idea of entrepreneurship was always in the back of her mind thanks to the influence her entrepreneurial minded mother. In order to make the type of impact she wanted to make, Deidra opened a nursing liaison company that would give her the opportunity to provide a level of care that would go beyond what she was doing in the hospital. Deidra and Marc go into detail about starting such a unique venture and the impact it has had on her life and career.
