In this episode of the Platform Podcast, our host Elle Tucker is joined by Andy Briercliffe, Online Child Safety Specialist. Andy tells Elle about his background in law enforcement and transition to the tech world when he joined Twitter, and shares his thoughts on the effect of recent lay-offs on trust and safety teams. Andy goes on to introduce the Child Safety Online Group which he has recently established and lays out his vision for the organisation and what he hopes to achieve. He also tells Elle about the challenges of working in the space and the importance of international collaboration on this issue.
