Ash is a Full time Commercial Real Estate investor for over 10 years. Transacted over $40mm in CRE, mostly in heavy value add opportunities. Looking to acquire value add warehouse, industrial, land, NNN, restaurants, retail, office, medical etc. Typical cash on cash returns is well over 30% annualized before sale. Open to joint ventures, startups, angel investing and mentoring others.
