Jake and Phil discuss the importance of putting full effort into your job to maximize what you learn, as you never know how you may be able to apply it in the future. He says how some books like Rich Dad, Poor Dad as well as Think and Grow Rich have changed his mind set in many ways beyond just finance. Jake's key for success throughout the episode was taking action, and near the end discussing the importance of defining purpose, ask for it, take action, and surround yourself with the right people.
