You thought Source Code with Jake Gyllenhaal was a time loop mind fuck, check out his first trip down the pivotal time portal rabbit hole with Donnie Darko. Along with my friend Suzy, we dissect this film down to its last image from beginning to end to maybe finally make some sense as to what this movie was telling us. To make sense of the two universes, the time travel, the rabbit, and why I am so obsessed with him. Donnie Darko being one of my favorite movies of all times is finally getting the rewatch and the attention it deserves.
