Franklin Delano Roosevelt delivered his 4th and final inaugural address on January 20th, 1945. Read by Catherine Grace Katz, author of The Daughters of Yalta: The Churchills, Roosevelts, and Harrimans: A Story of Love and War (https://www.amazon.com/Daughters-Yalta-Churchills-Roosevelts-Harrimans-ebook/dp/B081TVDT9D). He was just a couple of months into his 4th and final term as president before passing away – before the war was finally over. Harry Truman would serve out the remainder of his term.
