Then, fast forward 46 years to the 2023 Mid Year Convention & Marketplace as NCAI assembles Tribal Nations on the homelands of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community in Minnesota, to address pressing issues surrounding environmental sustainability and climate resilience.
